Corporate History
In 1971 both Saitama Bank and The Kyowa Bank, which are now known as Saitama Resona Bank, Limited and Resona Bank, Limited, respectively established subsidiaries to provide the parent banks and clients with contracted calculation services. In 1995 the subsidiaries were merged as an information service company following the merger of parent banks. In 2004 the company was not included in the consolidation of Resona Bank, Limited and renamed AGS Corporation. In 2011 the company listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
